Corporate Director of Operations

Neil Pennycooke literally hit the ground running, joining Hospital Parking Management as a valet while majoring in Business Administration at the University of South Florida. He learned the nuances of the business on the front lines. His quick grasp of the fundamentals of the business led to being offered the position of Operations Manager upon graduation. Mr. Pennycooke proved to be an effective and insightful manager and was quickly promoted through several managerial positions until he was named to Corporate Director of Operations in 2005.

Reporting directly to John Accardi, Mr. Pennycooke oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operations of Seven One Seven Parking Services and Hospital Parking Management. He enforces the operational policies, objectives and initiatives on a national level and is responsible for strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations. Additionally, Mr. Pennycooke collaborated on the development and implementation of HPM-IT, an intensive training program that focuses on customer service and client satisfaction.
