HOSPITAL PARKING MANAGEMENT ADDS WAY-FINDER ELEMENT TO MANATEE MEMORIAL GUEST SERVICES
BRADENTON, FL — Hospital Parking Management, a division of Seven One Seven Parking Services, Inc has added a way-finder service to its parking services contract renewal with Manatee Memorial Hospital, where Hospital Parking Management currently provides valet parking at the Main Entrance and the Outpatient Center.
“The hospital’s administration asked us to add the way-finder service to our contract,” said Jason Accardi, Hospital Parking Management’s president. “They wanted their winter visitors to have an easier time locating the new entrance upon arrival.”
Hospital Parking Management’s way-finder service gives hospital’s guests an extra layer of service excellence through polite and pleasant guest interactions, professional appearance and behavior, as well as supporting the hospital by offering directions and information.
The contract’s valet portion will continue to provide Manatee Memorial with professional, valet parking services. “We are excited to provide this new service to Manatee Memorial Hospital. The way-finder provides a valuable service to patients and visitors traveling to a facility under construction. Adding this to our current valet parking service increases the responsiveness to the needs of our client’s patients and visitors.” said Accardi.
Hospital Parking Management currently operates the hospital’s valet parking service for all guests and visitors by parking approximately 200 vehicles per day.
