Hospital Concierge

Stationed directly at the front drive of a hospital, the Concierge provides general assistance to patients, visitors and staff. By knowing the layout of the hospital and the location of services and doctors offices within the hospital and medical plaza, the Concierge is invaluable to the smooth operation of a front drive.

Additionally, the Concierge offers directions to both patients and visitors leaving the hospital and serves as a reliable source of information regarding local restaurants in close proximity to the hospital campus.

The Concierge can also provide assistance by performing everyday errands for staff members. It can be arranged so that dry cleaning, car detailing and restaurant reservations can be completed without the staff member leaving the hospital facility.

The Concierge maintains accurate and comprehensive logbooks of packages, mail and flowers received and will orchestrate delivery of these items when necessary. The Concierge will also alert appropriate personnel if suspicious activity is identified during the regular course of duty and will report any unsafe driving conditions.

Greeter

Greeters are instrumental in relieving the confusion related to changes in hospital entrances. They are always ready to assist in any way possible, even walking an individual to their destination. Greeters works closely with hospital administration to ensure that any changes in entrances are properly communicated to patients, visitors and staff.

Greeters have a specific script to use when approaching vehicles to ensure that the information provided to patients and visitors is accurate. Wearing a uniform which differs from the valet attendants, the Greeter is quickly identifiable at the front drive of the hospital.

To further compliment the Valet Attendant and Concierge services, this position provides an individual that can leave their post to escort patients to their destinations.
